With QRONOOne logbook per building, always up to date.

Designed in Valais, Switzerland, by fire protection professionals.

Simpler. More complete. Always up to date.

You survey your equipment once. After that, every inspection recorded at the device is added to your logbook, and QRONO itself reminds the maintenance company before every deadline.

01

Survey and label your equipment

Locate each device, place it on the floor plan and stick on its QR label.

02

QRONO reminds the company

Before every deadline, QRONO notifies the contracted company and copies you in. If an inspection is overdue, reminders continue until it is done.

03

The technician scans, fills in and validates

The maintenance company scans the label, enters the reason and the result, then validates. The inspection is added straight away to your online logbook.

Your logbook is always up to date. You no longer have to think about it.

Frequently asked questions

Yes. The AEAI fire protection regulations require owners and operators to inspect and maintain their fire protection equipment, and to record this work in the building's control logbook (directive 11‑15, section 4.1.1(h); directive 12‑15, section 4.2).

AEAI directive 108‑15 defines the control logbook as a log that may be kept on paper or electronically. For a specific installation, the fire protection authority of your canton remains the reference if in doubt.

Property managers, condominium (PPE) administrators, owners of one or more buildings, municipalities and anyone managing a property portfolio: hotels, schools, public or commercial buildings.

They simply sign in with their work email address. When you enter a maintenance contract, anyone with an address at that company (for example @company.ch) gets access to the buildings and categories it covers, without an invitation. A technician without access can request it by scanning the label and enter their inspection: it is recorded as soon as you approve it.

Two options. On your own: follow our setup guide, which describes each step (buildings, floor plans, equipment survey, labels, team, contracts). Or turnkey, the most common choice for property managers: we visit your buildings with the caretaker or property manager, survey every item of equipment, put up the labels and configure everything for you. Turnkey setup is billed by the hour, on quotation.
